Your business's name, address, and phone number need to match everywhere they appear online — search engines use that consistency as a local trust signal, and customers use it to actually reach you. Checking 13 different platforms by hand isn't realistic. Business Listing Manager does it in one scan.
What It Checks
A single scan covers Google Business Profile, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp, Yellow Pages, Foursquare, Apple Maps, Better Business Bureau, MapQuest, Hotfrog, Manta, Instagram Business, and X (Twitter). For each platform, it checks whether your business is listed at all, and if so, how well the phone, address, name, website, hours, category, description, and photos actually match what you've told it is correct.
How It Works
- Add your business details, or use Find My Business to search for and auto-fill them.
- Start a scan — choose which of the 13 platforms to check, or scan all of them.
- Review the results: which platforms have you listed, how closely each listing matches, and a weighted health score (phone and address carry the most weight, since those are what actually breaks a customer's ability to reach you).
- Download a PDF or share a public link with a client or team member.
Why This Matters
An inconsistent or missing listing is invisible until a customer hits it — a disconnected phone number, an address that no longer exists, or simply not being findable on a platform your customers actually search. A scan surfaces all of it at once instead of you discovering it complaint by complaint.
