Welcome to My PR Manager ("the Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My PR Manager platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you accept and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

  • Monitor their website and online business exposure through integrations with various analytics and monitoring tools.
  • Create, schedule, and automatically post articles, blog posts, and social media content to multiple channels using a single dashboard.
  • Leverage AI-powered features (ChatGPT 3.5/4) to generate articles and posts quickly and efficiently.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is required to continue accessing the Service. All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

4. User Responsibilities

By using My PR Manager, you agree to maintain accurate account information and ensure all content complies with applicable laws.

5. Use of AI Features

The Service provides access to AI-powered tools. However, users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.

6. AI Usage & Token Limits

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI tokens for ChatGPT. These tokens are used whenever AI generates content, posts, or AI-related tool responses. If you need more AI usage, you can easily upgrade to a higher MyPRM plan or connect ChatGPT API for expanded limits. Connecting a personal API key requires an active, paid ChatGPT API AI plan.

7. Data Privacy and Security

7.1 Data Collection

We collect and store data provided by you during your use of the Service, including content created, scheduled posts, and analytics.

7.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including software, text, and images, remain the exclusive property of My PR Manager or its licensors.

9. Termination and Suspension

My PR Manager reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or illegal activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My PR Manager and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My PR Manager from any claims arising out of your use or misuse of the Service.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
